1 Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing the 979ph website or mobile application, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the 979ph platform.

Each person may hold only one account at 979ph. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using different email addresses, names, or payment details — is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being closed and all balances being forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information current. 979ph reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all registration details at any time through our Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, contact the 979ph support team immediately.

• One account per person — duplicate accounts will be closed.
• You must provide truthful registration information.
• KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed.
• You are responsible for all activity under your login credentials.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

8 Account Suspension and Termination

979ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — cases where a player has:

• Engaged in any of the prohibited activities listed in Section 7.
• Failed to complete required identity verification within the timeframe requested.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as a voluntary closure request — the remaining balance will be returned to the player through their verified payment method after standard processing.

9 Intellectual Property
