Account

Head to the Register page and fill in your basic details — name, mobile number, and a password. Once submitted, you'll receive an OTP on your mobile to verify your number. After verification, your account is active and ready to use. The whole process usually takes under three minutes.

No. Each player is allowed only one account. Duplicate accounts may lead to suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts. If you've lost access to your account, use the password recovery option on the Login page instead of creating a new one.

On the Login page, click "Forgot password?" and follow the steps. You'll need access to the mobile number registered to your account, as a verification code will be sent there. Once confirmed, you can set a new password and log back in right away.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity verification process required before you can process withdrawals. You'll need to submit a valid government-issued ID — such as a PhilSys card, passport, or driver's licence. This is standard practice across legitimate online platforms and helps protect your account from unauthorised access.

Deposits & Withdrawals

979PH supports Philippine-based payment channels including local bank transfers, online/mobile banking, and e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱). Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods on this platform.

Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method chosen. E-wallet withdrawals are generally faster than bank transfers. For full details on the process and current timelines, visit the Withdrawal page. Make sure your KYC verification is complete before requesting a withdrawal to avoid delays.

Withdrawal limits depend on the payment method selected and your account tier. Current minimum and maximum amounts are detailed on the Withdrawal page. If your account is new or recently verified, there may be an initial limit that increases over time.

Most deposits reflect instantly or within a few minutes. If yours hasn't shown up after 15–20 minutes, take a screenshot of your payment confirmation and send it along with your account username to [email protected]. Our team will trace the transaction and update your balance promptly.
